Books, Tea, Glee moves onwards and upwards. Again

Books, Tea, Glee has undergone another radical change. This one seems to be working for me so far, so that’s awesome.

Firstly, I have a new theme from pipdig. Pipdig are seriously the best. They have the best website for browsing and choosing blog templates, include all sorts of cool stuff in these templates such as being able to edit your layout from a phone and tablet perspetive, and have a seriously amazing, extensive list of pages to help with a number of queries. I trawled through these several times and always found the answer I was looking for. But most importantly, they have amazing customer service. I sent a couple of tweets asking some basic questions and they replied within a couple of hours. I had already noticed that they did this prior to asking myself, but seeing this kind of interaction with customers really helped me to choose them. Their awesome, very customisable templates also helped of course ;) But seriously, they are really cool.

This new layout was desperately needed as I wasn’t happy at all with what I previously had. Unfortunately I found that template way too techy for me (like, I do not know how to code) and I basically just felt pretty meh about it.

But now, I’m going to be focusing more on images and just a simple, clean layout that I won’t feel I have to mess around with too much.

There will be:

  • More posts about books, as well as
  • Posts about tea!
  • And other fun things, hopefully.

So bear with me as I slowly update things around here. Posts will be more regular, and I’m excited!

I was looking at others who’d also used the London Calling layout to see what they’d done with it. You’ve made yours so sleek and pretty!

Thank you! I also did a lot of research on the template to see what others had done with it :) I still want to tweak things a bit, but thanks so much! :)
